Andersen is hiring a Salesforce Developer for a German consultancy. The project focuses on adapting and integrating Salesforce Rebate Management processes.
The customer is a Germany-based Salesforce consultancy firm known for its hands-on approach and deep expertise in Revenue Cloud and CPQ solutions. With over 90 successful implementations, they deliver tailored, end-to-end solutions that combine technical depth with real-world business insight. The project is focused on Rebate Management, aiming to adapt and enhance Salesforce Rebate functionality – including rebate calculations, agreement management, execution control, and payment distribution – to align with the customer’s business processes. It also involves integration with external systems to ensure seamless operation and data consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining solutions in Sales and Service Clouds, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Configuring and optimizing Salesforce CPQ, including Product Configuration, Price Rules, Quotes, Amendments, and Renewals.
- Managing and supporting Subscriptions and Assets within CPQ to ensure accurate billing and lifecycle tracking.
- Implementing and maintaining the Lead-to-Cash process, ensuring smooth integration across sales operations.
- Performing CPQ configuration migrations using tools like SFDMU or Salesforce Inspector.
- Conducting debugging, logging, and troubleshooting of CPQ-related issues to ensure system stability.
- Enhancing quoting processes by leveraging Quote Calculator Plugin and/or JavaScript customizations.
- Supporting reporting and automation needs, including configuration of the DLRS package when required.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to document solutions, provide knowledge transfer, and ensure best practices are followed.
- Staying up to date with Salesforce and CPQ product releases, recommending improvements to optimize existing solutions.
Must-haves:
- Experience as Salesforce Developer (Sales and Service Clouds) for 4+ years.
- Hands-on CPQ experience for 1+ year.
- Deep understanding of Price Rules waterfall.
- Strong knowledge of Product Configuration.
- Strong knowledge of how Quotes, Amendments, Renewals processes work.
- Good understanding of Subscriptions and Assets.
- Good understanding of Lead to Cash process.
- Experience in CPQ configuration migration with SFDMU or Salesforce Inspector.
- Experience logging and debugging CPQ stuff.
- Level of English – from Intermediate+.
Nice to have:
- CPQ certification.
- Experience with Quote Calculator Plugin or at least JavaScript experience.
- Experience with DLRS package.
