About the Company
Shy Trucks is a fast-growing tech company that develops and sells a Transportation Management System (TMS) for American logistics companies. Our product solves many pain points for trucking company owners — helping them streamline operations, reduce costs, and grow their business efficiently.
We’re looking for an energetic and ambitious Sales Manager who’s ready to grow together with us and become a key part of our team for the long term.

Responsibilities
• Conduct cold calls and outreach to potential clients in both English and Russian;
• Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals;
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets;
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service;
• Maintain clear and professional business correspondence;
• Keep CRM records up to date with all communication and deal progress;
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve the sales process.

Requirements
• Proven experience in sales (experience with B2B SaaS or logistics software is a plus);
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level (you’ll be making calls to U.S. companies);
• Confident PC user, experience with CRM systems is a plus;
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and persistent personality;
• Excellent written and spoken Russian.
