Review and validate designs and specifications of fire protection systems (fire alarm, notification, gas/water extinguishing, and emergency escape systems);
Coordinate with customers, consultants, and authorities to address comments and approvals.
Conduct site surveys, inspections, and monitor construction progress, quality, and technical issues of fire safety systems;
Prepare routine reports and technical notes, maintaining complete documentation as per company standards;
Ensure daily communication with suppliers, subcontractors, customers, and consultants regarding solutions, site coordination, delivery progress, and issue resolution;
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal system implementation;
Manage workload effectively, update project schedules regularly, and meet deadlines;
Handle on-site subcontractor changes and customer requirements;
Identify and report potential risks related to quality, progress, and project changes in advance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering or related field;
5+ years of site engineering experience in data center or EPC projects (shopping malls, tech parks, residential/office buildings) in Uzbekistan or neighboring countries;
Knowledge of Uptime standards and TIA guidelines for data centers;
Proven experience in fire protection design consultancy and/or contractor-side project delivery;
Strong knowledge of local regulations, standards, and requirements for fire systems;
Proactive, decision-maker, and capable of managing deliverables independently;
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and related tools;
Fluency in Russian, English, and Uzbek (Chinese is a plus);
Flexibility for business trips and readiness to follow company work arrangements.
Work Conditions:
Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
Probation period: 3 months.
Working language: English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
