The role is open within a stable iGaming project that has been operating since 2017. The team currently consists of around 50 people, and you would report directly to the team lead. The team is friendly, multicultural, and values openness and tolerance.
Your main responsibilities:
- search for and develop a portfolio of key marketing partners (affiliates, marketing agencies, traffic acquisition teams, etc.);
- maintain a strong understanding of the market, including competitors and regulatory requirements;
- coordinate marketing research, business plan preparation, and marketing strategies;
- collaborate with the marketing team to develop a local brand strategy and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations (working closely with the compliance manager and legal department);
- take responsibility for local business development;
- oversee functional areas such as market analysis and marketing collaboration;
- participate in partnership interactions with external IT contractors.
Requirements:
- native-level proficiency in the local language (Arabic);
- English or Russian - at least B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level;
- minimum 6 months of experience in a similar position within the iGaming industry;
- proficiency in Excel;
- strong communication skills;
- teamwork ability.
Would be a plus:
- experience working with CRM systems.
