Internal Auditor

Collect Group Holdings is a licensed fintech group founded in 2017. We provide the best payment solutions for international businesses and individuals.

We are growing steadily and believe we will reach the moon! We have several strong fintech products and strategic plans to expand our product line.

Currently we are looking for Internal Auditor to be a key component of the corporate structure to perform audit programs including business, financial and compliance projects and maintain organizational and professional ethical standards, work independently with extensive latitude for initiative and independent judgment.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure that Group’s system of internal control related to business, financial, operational and compliance objectives are designed and operating effectively.
• Conduct internal audits and reviews within the Group.
• Monitor the safety and efficient use of Group's assets.
• Identify internal opportunities to improve business efficiency.
• Prepare audit reports, including but not exceeding : describing violations, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement; developing recommendations to eliminate/minimize identified deficiencies.
• Participate in the development of regulatory documents.
• Monitor the timeliness and completeness of recommendations/corrective actions aimed at minimizing the identified risks.
• Participate in the unification and standardization of processes.
• Conduct effective communications with local regulators.

Key Requirements:

• Higher education in economics or engineering (mathematics, computer science).
• Minimum 2 years of internal or external experience in internal or external audit/consulting/risk/analytics (Big 4 experience is a plus).
• Experience in fintech will be a distinct advantage.
