1PT Group is seeking a motivated Junior HR/HR Assistant who is passionate about supporting people throughout their employee journey. Responsibilities:
- Supporting employees throughout their journey with the company, including onboarding, feedback collection, regular 1:1 meetings, and addressing questions and concerns.
- Collecting, processing, and structuring employee feedback, writing follow-up notes after progress review meetings, and preparing analytics and reports based on research or specific work streams.
- Developing, participating in, and supporting various HR projects such as corporate social responsibility initiatives, new process implementations, managing the company's social benefits package, and working with the knowledge base and internal tools.
- Organizing corporate events, both online and offline.
- Managing internal and external communications, including developing and maintaining communities, planning content for external channels, and supporting internal communication channels.
- Creating presentations, brochures, booklets, and monthly internal newsletters/digests.
Requirements:
- 1 year of HR experience.
- B1 level of English proficiency.
- Strong communication skills: clear idea expression, emotional management, ethical and respectful interactions, questioning skills, and rapport building.
- Solid written communication skills: clear, structured, and concise writing.
- Confident use of Google Sheets, presentation tools, and AI tools.
- Personal traits: empathy, patience, willingness to help and support others.
Nice to have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Marketing.
