About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Regulatory Compliance Officer to ensure that all airport operations fully comply with national legislation, aviation industry standards, and internal corporate policies. The role is critical to maintaining the company’s integrity, transparency, and alignment with both local and international regulatory requirements.
Monitor and interpret changes in laws, aviation regulations, and internal compliance requirements affecting airport operations;
Develop, implement, and maintain internal compliance policies, codes of conduct, and procedures in accordance with regulatory frameworks;
Conduct internal compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential non-compliance areas and recommend corrective actions;
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of compliance reports for management and regulatory authorities;
Coordinate with government bodies, civil aviation authorities, and external auditors during inspections or reviews;
Provide guidance and advice to management and employees on compliance matters and ethical business conduct;
Deliver regular training sessions and awareness programs to strengthen compliance culture within the organization;
Investigate reported cases of non-compliance or ethical misconduct and ensure appropriate follow-up measures are taken.
Higher education in Law, Economics, or Public Administration;
At least 6 years of professional experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or internal audit (preferably in the aviation or transport sector);
Strong knowledge of Kazakhstan’s aviation, labor, and anti-corruption legislation;
Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills;
English proficiency – not lower than Upper-Intermediate (ability to work with documentation and conduct professional correspondence);
High sense of responsibility, integrity, and attention to detail.
