The Mission:
As a strategic business partner to the leadership team, you will be responsible for building and scaling the entire HR function for our growing operations in the MENA region and beyond. Your core mission is to translate our ambitious business objectives into a world-class talent strategy: from attracting top-tier global investment professionals to creating an environment where they can thrive and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the company's global goals, with a focus on the Dubai/MEA region.
- Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: Lead end-to-end talent acquisition to attract and secure top-tier investment, finance, and operational professionals from the global market. Build a strong employer brand in the competitive GCC talent landscape.
- Performance & Development: Implement a robust performance management system, career pathing frameworks, and leadership development programs to drive a high-performance culture.
- Total Rewards & C&B: Design and manage competitive, tax-efficient compensation and benefits structures (including base salary, short-term and long-term incentives) that are benchmarked against the local and international market (e.g., DIFC standards).
- HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with UAE labor law (including MOHRE and DIFC Employment Law regulations), manage visa and immigration processes, and oversee efficient HR operations.
- Organizational Culture & DEI: Champion our core values, drive employee engagement initiatives, and foster a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative multicultural work environment.
- HR Analytics: Utilize a data-driven approach to inform decision-making on talent metrics, retention strategies, and market trends.
- Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing HR team.
- What We Expect:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a strong plus.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior HR leadership role (HR Director, Head of HR) within a multinational environment.
- Must-have experience: Proven track record in the investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or top-tier management consulting sector.
- Must-have experience: In-depth knowledge and practical experience with UAE labor law (both mainland and DIFC/ADGM frameworks) is essential.
- Strong understanding of compensation & benefits practices specific to the GCC region.
- Demonstrated experience working in a complex, multicultural matrix organization.
- Strategic, analytical, and business-oriented mindset with exceptional communication and influencing skills at the executive level.
- Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
