Do you love turning information into something people actually want to listen to?
We’re a creative startup producing edutainment videos — short, story-driven animations that turn real history, science, and culture into YouTube content for an American audience.
Our goal is to build a commercial storytelling formula — a way to make factual videos as addictive as entertainment, and as profitable as they are educational.
We’re not promising overnight success — this is a startup still in its early testing stage — but it’s a real chance to grow with a project aimed at a global audience.
What You’ll Do
- Turn research and factual outlines into engaging short scripts
- Follow a clear narrative structure (hook → setup → escalation → climax → consequence)
- Write stories following a structured pattern
- Use AI tools for polishing, but build the story framework yourself
- Meet deadlines and collaborate remotely with a small creative team
What We’re Looking For
- Strong writing and storytelling skills (essays, scripts, or creative nonfiction)
- Curiosity and love for history, science, and real-world mysteries
- Basic English proficiency (or ability to work with a translator)
- Reliability and good time management
Bonus Points If You:
- Are a passionate reader who loves connecting facts into stories
- Follow U.S. cultural and media trends
- Understand why some videos go viral — and others don’t
- Are a graduate of NIS or BIL schools
What We Offer
- Join an animation startup from the ground up
- Remote work and flexible hours
- Revenue-based pay model — you earn a share from video performance and sales (negotiated individually)
Includes a two-week trial while we test your scripts in production.
Payment terms are set after reviewing the results.
