On-Site Measurement & Client Interview Associate with the Russian language

The company "Service comfort" is an international company in the field of cleaning services. We service significant real estate properties with a total area of over 350,000 m². The company has now expanded. We have over 300 cleaners who perform cleaning services. Our experience includes working with more than 1,600 companies.

Due to the company's rapid growth, we have an open vacancy for a On-Site Measurement & Client Interview Associate with the Russian language.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. The role is responsible for conducting on-site measurements in Commercial Property, interviewing clients to understand their specific needs, making simple video recordings and fulfilling pre-made reports.

Requirements for the Applicant:

• NO work experience is required.
• Knowledge of the Russian (B2) & English (С1) languages.
• Possession of a car, willingness to travel within the city (4–5 meetings per day).
• Proficient PC user, Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Customer communication skills - the ability to engage with Clients effectively.
• Organizational skills, and proactivity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conducting site visits for measurements (scheduled by another employee).
• Inspecting buildings and premises (fitness centers, office buildings, restaurants, shopping malls, clinics, etc.) alongside company executives, facility managers, or decision-makers.
• Performing measurements.
• Clarifying the dimensions of the area.
• Video recording of the premises using a phone.

Engagement Models:

• (Preferred) Valid work authorization + Fixed-term employment with B2B Clean Space.
  We hire you on a temporary (fixed-term) employment contract.

OR

• (Preferred) Independent contractor (self-employed / sole proprietor).
  You are (or can become) registered as self-employed/sole proprietor. You invoice B2B Clean Space and handle your own tax, social, & legal obligations as an independent contractor.

OR

• Company-sponsored work visa + Fixed-term employment with B2B Clean Space.
  Where legally possible, we can sponsor your work visa and employ you on a temporary (fixed-term) contract.
