Must experience with NoSQL databases, especially Cassandra.
Knowledge of Python, Node.js is a must as well.
Linux, AWS must.
Good pleasant character is a must as well

Additional pluses: Full-stack engineering, including React Javascript (not must, but good if he has).
Crypto, understanding crypto is a plus (but not a must).
Integration with complex backends is a plus
WebRTC integration is a plus

English is a MUST.
