YASHIL FERMA JV LLC is a Hungarian poultry cluster in Uzbekistan, supported by OTP Group, a leading European bank (EUR 60B assets, owner of Ipoteka Bank in Uzbekistan).
We are building a modern poultry complex in the Syrdarya region (near Gulistan, Yangiyer, Khavas), producing 22,000 tons of poultry meat annually, including 4,000 tons processed.
The project includes a 2,000 m² processing plant, a 12.5M broiler/year slaughterhouse (expandable to 25M), 8 farms, and a 5,000 m² hatchery producing 12.6M chicks per year.
We are currently looking for an Office manager to our Head quarters in Tashkent.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration & Facilities
Monitor office cleanliness and hygiene; ensure meeting rooms are prepared and tidy.
Ensure proper functioning of office utilities and cooperate with the BC personnel on organizing maintenance and replacement (electricity, water, internet, heating/cooling and etc.).
Report and arrange repairs and replacement for IT issues.
Organize lunches and hospitality for guests.
Supplies
Track and restock stationery and consumables; prepare usage and cost reports, order business cards for the staff.
Collect invoices, verify documentation, and forward to Accounting.
Manage petty cash and supplier performance; ensure purchases align with budget.
Travel & Accommodation
Arrange airline tickets, hotel bookings, insurance and housing for expatriates and internal business trips.
Communication & Documentation
Register and distribute all incoming/outgoing correspondence.
Maintain organized filing systems (paper and electronic); archive documents.
Act as first contact for visitors and candidates; support management with admin tasks.
Translate small documents (English/Russian/Uzbek).
Help with the registration process of Expatriates, visas and work permit (training is provided)
Meetings & Protocol
Support HR with interview organization and partner hospitality/corporate events.
Oversee use of company branding and representation materials.
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare daily/weekly admin reports for HR/CEO.
Maintain updated staff/vendor contact lists.
Monitor office safety systems (fire extinguishers, first aid kits, evacuation plans).
Requirements:
Excellent command of English (minimum B2), Russian (fluent), and Uzbek (fluent).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
A passionate professional who genuinely enjoys organizing, supporting, and improving office life — someone who finds satisfaction in keeping everything running smoothly.
Proactive and self-driven: doesn’t wait for instructions but anticipates needs, takes initiative, and acts quickly.
Smart, fast, and detail-oriented, with a natural sense of responsibility and care for quality.
Previous experience in office management or administration in a foreign company is preferred.
