In charge of the whole procurement process for category- based supplier selection (responsible for General procurement, Brand Marketing Procurement, Admin procurement and Production procurement)
Lead the bidding, negotiation and price comparison strategies
Provide management reports and key performance data and monitor cost savings on monthly basis
Development of new vendors database
New vendor qualification, collection of documents for new vendor registration
Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and keep up good communications
Coordinating work with marketing/retail/legal/finance/tax departments
Reporting procurement result and strategy
Releasing the manual PO
Internal and external communication
Document management
Working with internal systems
PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTE
Higher education (bachelor’s degree or above)
Related work experience (2+ years of experience in consumer electronics / fashion / retail / FMCG)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Good presentation skills
Strong command of the English language (Upper-Intermediate or above)
Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office (strong Excel skill is a must)
