Responsibilities:

• Perform visual inspection of incoming new TUC spare parts
• Conduct instrumental inspection to ensure compliance with technical requirements, specifications, and regulatory/technical documentation (GOST, TU, project, etc.)
• Identify manufacturing defects, non-conformities, and rejected items (if any)
• Verify the availability and accuracy of technical and legal accompanying documentation as listed in the paragraph below “2. Technical information on the Railway spare part provision”
• Prepare inspection reports and related documentation based on the results of the control proces

Requirements:

• Опыт работы не менее 10 лет
• 1. Диплом о высшем-техническом образовании.
• 2. Аттестат технического надзора в части инженерных сетей и в части технологического оборудование
• 3. СТ РК ИСО 9712, методы контроля VT, RT, MT, PT, Уровень II.
• 3. Международный сертификат CSWIP
• 5. Сертификат AWS или IWI Инспектора по Сварке.
• 6. Опыт работу по входному контролю материалов и оборудований. (указать проекты в CV)
• Медицинская справка/заключение о профпригодности.
• Удостоверения/сертификаты о прохождении обязательных обучений (охрана труда, техника безопасности, ПТБ, ОТ, ТБ, ООС, пожарная безопасность, ГО и ЧС и другие), предусмотренных законодательством Республики Казахстан и/или условиями конкретного проекта.
