About the position
We are looking for an experienced Content Designer/ UX Writer to join our expanding team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with designers to refine user scenarios in Figma and enhance the interface through text.
- Writing interface texts in English: buttons, alerts, onboarding, headers, tooltips, widgets, and everything the user sees in the product.
- Covering the interface text needs for two product teams
- Coming up with ways to attract and retain users through text and design, guiding them on how to use our products.
- Participating in localization: interacting closely with our in-house Arabic translator, preparing texts for translation, and working in Lokalise.
- Communicating extensively with designers, analysts, and product managers, improving not only the texts but also the processes around them.
- Maintaining and developing the product's style guide and adhering to the brand's guidelines.
Requirements
- Can work across multiple tasks encompassing multiple teams with multiple priorities.
- Have a basic understanding of Figma, as most interactions take place there.
- Worked closely with product managers, UX designers, analysts, and developers to understand the product in-depth and produce high-quality content appropriate for end-users.
- Participated in the localization process.
- Have a C1 English level.
- Have a portfolio with examples of your work
