Обязанности:
  • Organization of office work
  • Transportation supplier`s management (timely pick up/drop off)
  • Submit order and issue out for office supplies
  • Administration of invoices and acts of goods acceptance (Tracking supplier`s invoices)
  • Administration of employee’s time sheets and submit to the system
  • Administration of flight and train tickets for employees
  • Types and proofreads formal letters, interoffice correspondence, and miscellaneous documents, composes correspondence and responses to inquiries independently
  • Sets up and maintains department records and files
  • Arranges travel schedules and reservations
Требования:
  • Language: Russian, English , Uzbek (fluent)

    Experience: 3 years minimum in administrative duties, HR and Visa experience preferable

    - Education: University degree

    - Residence: Tashkent

    - Skills: MS office , Business English, 1C (preferable), SAP, DIDOX
