HTML/CSS Developer (WordPress)

We are looking for an HTML/CSS Developer (WordPress) to work on improving the user experience of the web platform in fintech.

Responsibilities:

• Develop WordPress landing pages and standalone pages based on Figma templates.
• Create HTML email templates
• Customize and adapt themes to meet marketing needs (new products, campaigns, A/B tests).
• Build pages with a focus on responsiveness and performance optimization.
• Address ongoing requests from the marketing team: promo pages, section additions, block updates.
• Technical setup: meta tags, redirects, basic SEO structure, analytics tools (GTM, pixels, etc.).
• Optimize page load speed and ensure cross-device compatibility.

Requirements:

• WordPress expertise: Theme/plugin customization, experience building custom themes/plugins.
• Familiarity with Carbon Fields, Yoast SEO, and WordPress architecture.
• Core skills: Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP; basic OOP knowledge.
• Figma to code: Pixel-perfect, responsive implementation from Figma designs.
• SEO/analytics: Understanding of SEO principles and tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Detail-oriented: Ability to follow checklists and execute tasks efficiently.
