Tangem started with the idea of bringing digital assets to the masses using a unique combination of a smartcard-based hardware wallet and mobile applications. Company owns and promotes the technology of hardware cold-wallet for digital assets with secure and simple UX in 220 countries today. Our customers enjoy setup time within 1 minute with the ultimate security level for digital assets on their wallet. Tangem solutions offer multi-support of a growing number of thousands of tokens by a single wallet. SBI Crypto Investment Ltd., the digital asset venture investment company wholly owned by SBI Holdings Inc., has invested $15 million into Tangem in 2019 for mass adoption of blockchain technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for Tangem in India.
  • Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, competitive landscape, and regulatory considerations.
  • Establish and manage relationships with KOLs, key partners, including distributors, retailers, crypto and fintech companies.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying potential customers and developing strategic sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to localize branding, campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth product launches and customer support in the region.
  • Represent Tangem at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor performance metrics, sales targets, and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the fintech or blockchain industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling a business or product in India.
  • Excellent understanding of local business practices, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Hindi is required; English proficiency is essential.
