OHL construction manager

• OHL Construction Expertise

  Proven experience in erection of steel lattice towers and stringing of conductors/OPGW on high-voltage (≥110 kV) transmission lines.

  Civil & Foundation Works

  Strong knowledge of tower foundations, excavation, concreting and alignment survey.

  Project Planning & Execution

  Ability to prepare schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate multiple site teams using tools like MS Project / Primavera.

  HSE & Quality Compliance

  Implementation of Health, Safety & Environment practices, RAMS and QA/QC standards at site.

  Leadership & Communication

  Leading multidisciplinary teams (civil, electrical, survey), liaising with client, consultants and government authorities

• Supervise site works: survey, foundation, tower erection, stringing and OPGW installation.
• Plan and coordinate manpower, equipment and materials.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and project schedule.
• Monitor site progress and provide daily/weekly reports to Project Manager.
• Enforce HSE policies, risk assessments (RAMS) and permit-to-work procedures.
• Liaise with client representatives, consultants and subcontractors.
• Maintain site records, material logs and QA/QC documentation.
• Lead site engineers, supervisors, and workforce, ensuring safe and efficient work execution
