Media buyer (TikTok ADS/Facebook)

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Media Buyers with a strong focus on TikTok Ads. This role requires a data-driven professional with a proven track record in managing large-scale campaigns across global markets. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing user acquisition strategies for both mobile and web projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns in TikTok Ads/Facebook.

• Manage acquisition activities for mobile and web projects in categories including Health & Fitness, Finance, Games, Lifestyle, E-commerce, Taxi, and Delivery.

• Monitor and analyze traffic performance using tracking and analytics platforms.

• Prepare creative briefs and collaborate closely with the design team on ad creatives.

• Ensure efficient budget allocation and achievement of key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, IR, CPA, ROI).

What We Expect from You

• 2+ years of experience in mobile/web traffic acquisition with TikTok Ads and other platforms.

• Demonstrated success in managing budgets of $50K+ per month across multiple GEOs.

• Strong knowledge of attribution and tracking systems (Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.) as well as web analytics tools.

• Clear understanding of ad auction mechanics and platform-specific features.

• Ability to develop structured creative briefs and oversee production of ad creatives.

• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).

• Independent, detail-oriented, and highly motivated to achieve results.

Will Be a Plus

• Experience in launching and scaling projects from the ground up.

• Background in Meta Ads and Google Ads.

• Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.).
