Responsibilities:
Search and recruit candidates for various roles in the US and Europe; schedule and organize online interviews; provide feedback to candidates.
Conduct initial interviews in English (training will be provided).
Draft job descriptions based on client requirements and publish them on various platforms.
Perform personal assignments from the manager; conduct information research as needed.
Requirements:
Ability to work with a US-based company (must have a USD bank account outside of Russia).
Higher education; English level C1+.
HR experience is a plus.
Responsibility, attention to detail, politeness, independence, and reliability.
Conditions:
Fully remote, from anywhere in the world.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00 CET.
