Civil Structural Engineer

🏗️ Duties (in the construction field):

Design and structural analysis:

Calculates the stability of buildings, tunnels, and other structures.

Ensures resistance to various loads (seismic, wind, snow loads, etc.).

Preparation of construction documents:

Drawings (AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, etc.)

Reports (static and dynamic analyses)

Construction technical specifications

Construction process control:

Ensures that the project is implemented in accordance with the technical specifications.

Controls the quality of materials and the correct execution of work.

Coordination and communication:

Works with architects, contractors, government agencies, and other engineers.

Participates in obtaining construction permits.

Quality and safety:

Monitors safety regulations (OHS, ISO, etc.)

Takes measures to prevent structural risks that may occur during construction.

🛠️ Required skills:

Knowledge of statics and dynamics

Knowledge of construction materials

Ability to work in AutoCAD, SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro, Tekla Structures, Revit, etc.

Experience in working with administrative documents

Reading and preparing technical drawings

Construction legislation and standards (e.g. Eurocode, SNIP, DBN, etc.)

🎓 Education:

Higher education (bachelor or master) in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Structural Engineering

Certificates (e.g. PMP, OSHA, FIDIC courses, local licenses)
