Support Engineer

• Support customers with Microsoft products like Windows Server, Azure, Office 365, SQL, Active Directory/Azure AD, Identity, and Security,

• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests - with senior engineers available for escalations when needed,

• Communicate with customers in Russian and/or Kazakh, keeping them updated on progress and solutions,

• Contribute to IT projects that involve Microsoft platforms and cloud technologies,

• Keep your skills sharp and up to date with the latest Microsoft solutions,

• Solid communication skills in Russian/Kazakh and good English for internal collaboration,

• Strong troubleshooting mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure,

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ideally with Windows Server, Azure, SQL Server,

• Previous work in a managed services or IT support environment is a plus,

• Motivation, curiosity, and passion for cloud technologies

• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
