IT Solution Expert

Duties:

• Support IT strategy development in storage, data center, cloud, and big data.
• Analyze industry trends, customer needs and propose product & solution ideas.
• Act as senior technical expert, supporting key projects and regional expansion.
• Engage in CXO-level communication, represent the company at marketing events, forums, and exhibitions.
• Monitor industry development trends to enhance product and solution competitiveness.
• Lead knowledge transfer and build capacity of IT experts in the region.

Professional requirements:

• 8+ years of IT work experience.

• Strong knowledge of IT product portfolios (HP, Dell, Huawei).

• Proficiency in storage, backup, virtualization, cloud, and big data technologies.

• Experience with government or financial IT projects (e.g. NBU, SQB, Agrobank).

• Experience in ICT or IT vendor companies.

• Industry reputation and strong professional network.

• Certifications such as HCIE or HPE Master Accredited Solutions Expert preferred.

• Fluency in English and Russian (knowledge of Uzbek is a plus).

• Readiness for frequent business trips.

Work Conditions:

• Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
• Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
• Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7).
• Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
• Probation period: 3 months.
• Working language: English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
