Why this role matters
As a Business Analyst, you will be the bridge between stakeholders and product/engineering teams. Your role is crucial in gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing business requirements, ensuring that solutions align with customer needs and strategic goals. You’ll directly influence how our financial products deliver value, usability, and scalability.
Responsibilities
Gather & analyze requirements
Collect, formalize, and prioritize business requirements from clients, product owners, and internal stakeholders
Conduct workshops, interviews, and user research to uncover needs and pain points
Translate high-level ideas into clear business use cases and user stories
Document & design solutions
Prepare detailed business requirement documents (BRD), user stories, acceptance criteria
Develop As-Is and To-Be business process maps (BPMN/UML)
Identify gaps, dependencies, and risks across business processes
Collaborate & communicate
Act as liaison between stakeholders, product managers, systems analysts, and developers
Facilitate workshops and ensure alignment on business priorities
Support backlog refinement and sprint planning
Support development & testing
Provide clarifications to development teams throughout implementation
Participate in UAT and validation to ensure business requirements are met
Help define KPIs and success criteria for new features and enhancements
Continuous improvement
Analyze product usage data and stakeholder feedback to suggest optimizations
Identify process inefficiencies and propose enhancements
Contribute to evolving BA best practices and documentation standards
Requirements
Must-have
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or fintech projects
Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Proven track record in documenting business requirements and preparing user stories/use cases
Proficiency in business process modeling (BPMN/UML)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both business and technical teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Clear written & spoken English; ability to thrive in distributed teams
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro/Figma
Nice-to-have
Experience in financial services or wealth/asset management solutions
Knowledge of SQL or ability to work with data for business analysis
Exposure to API-driven products and system integrations
Experience with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

Hybrid work environment: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
