We are looking for a Head of Content & Communications: someone who thinks like a newsroom leader but applies it to building a brand. Your job will be to create not just content, but a movement: a voice, a tone, and a story that feels like a religion for our audience.
What you’ll do
Act as editor-in-chief: own the editorial calendar and make sure every piece of content reflects our brand voice and values.
Generate, edit, and adapt content across channels: from investor reports and presentations to luxury-style Instagram posts and venture/HR branding.
Curate a wide variety of formats: long reads, short posts, newsletters, photo/video production, thought leadership pieces, campaigns.
Build and run a “mini production studio”: coordinate freelance writers, copywriters, designers, videographers, and agencies.
Work closely with marketing, brand, and PR to craft narratives that amplify our mission and make us impossible to ignore.
Experiment with AI tools to speed up production and make our storytelling sharper.
What we’re looking for
Journalism background, ideally digital media (editor, newsroom, or managing editor experience).
Bonus: experience in advertising agencies as a copywriter or PR/communications — ability to mix sharp storytelling with commercial impact.
Proven ability to adapt tone across audiences: from investors to mass-market consumers.
Curiosity, editorial instincts, and the drive to create content that sparks conversation and cult-like followership.
Ability to manage multiple projects and keep a high bar for quality while moving fast.
