R&D junior

Responsibilities:

Design and development of medical kits and products (research of similar products, raw materials, technologies, standards and requirements);

Creating specifications for medical products and raw materials;

Development and improvement of production technologies;

Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation (specifications, labels, etc);

Close cooperation with the quality department and other cross-functional teams;

Active participation in project planning, coordination, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Knowledge of any CAD system (SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD or other similar ones) will be an advantage;

Basic English — ability to read technical documentation and communicate via email with the help of translators or AI tools;

Strong analytical skills and logical, structured thinking;

Time management, ability to set priorities and meet deadlines;

Self-learning ability and willingness to acquire new skills;

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to find non-standard solutions;

Good communication skills and readiness to collaborate across departments.

We are also open to candidates without direct experience, but with strong engineering skills, a consistent and logical mindset, and the motivation to grow independently while helping to develop our production processes.

Your possible advantages:

Project experience and/or research work;

Practical experience in programming, production technology, or quality control;

Strong skills in AI tools for design, data analysis, or documentation support;

Experience with PMBOK or other project management methodologies, ability to lead and coordinate projects;

Higher education in “Engineering”, “Physics”, “Mathematics”, “Medicine” or related fields.

Personal qualities:

Ability to organize work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;

Focus on results and responsibility for outcomes;

Attentiveness, analytical thinking, and structured approach;

Ability to build effective working relationships and communicate ideas clearly;

Experience working with production will be a strong plus.

Conditions:

Registration according to the law RK;

Work schedule: 5/2, 8 hour working day;
