1. Key Conditions
- Full-time, permanent position.
- No involvement in other projects.
- Full commitment to company processes.
2. Professional Requirements
Experience:
- 1–2 years as a Business Assistant, Project Coordinator, or Executive Assistant;
- ideally with background in real estate, development, or hospitality.
Skills:
- Fluent Russian and English (spoken and written);
- business correspondence and negotiations;
- proficiency with amoCRM;
- confident use of Google Sheets, Trello, and other task trackers.
⚠️ ENGLISH LANGUAGE IS MANDATORY. The first stage of interviews is conducted in English.
3. Responsibilities
- Supporting the CEO in all business processes.
- Managing deals and clients in amoCRM (not sales).
- Acting as an account manager: client support and coordination.
- Monitoring contracts, documents, and payments.
- Organizing meetings and business schedules.
- Managing and tracking tasks.
- Handling a large volume of tasks simultaneously.
- Collecting feedback and suggesting improvements.
