We’re looking for a designer who will shape and grow the brand’s visual language, creating bold, stylish, and memorable assets for digital channels (and occasionally print). You should combine creativity with adaptability — experimenting with fresh ideas while keeping the brand consistent.

📝 Responsibilities

✅ Create performance-driven creatives for Google Ads & Meta Ads
✅ Design social media assets — posts, Stories, covers for Reels/Shorts
✅ Design and format email campaigns, infographics, and landing visuals
✅ Prepare assets for print (occasionally)
✅ Adapt layouts quickly to multiple formats and languages
✅ Use AI tools to generate visuals and animation concepts
✅ Maintain brand consistency and templates in Figma
✅ Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams

✔️ 2+ years of experience in graphic or communication design
✔️ Strong skills in composition, grids, color, and typography
✔️ Confident proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
✔️ A sharp sense of style — bold, modern, and brand-coherent visuals
✔️ Experience working with digital channels (ads, social, email)
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment
✔️ Curiosity and openness to using AI tools in design workflows

⭐️ Nice-to-Haves
• Experience in motion design for social media or ad campaigns (After Effects or similar tools)
• Basic 3D knowledge (Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar)
• Experience with fast-growing B2C brands or global campaigns
