Grafic Designer at HONOR Uzbekistan

Key Responsibilities:

• Adapt global creative materials for the local market, including banners, posters, and outdoor advertising.

• Design visuals for printed materials such as brochures, flyers, and booklets.

• Create and adapt key visuals for digital platforms (Meta, Google, Yandex).

• Prepare content for contextual advertising, including static and GIF animations.

• Develop short videos and animations for digital advertising campaigns.

• Design engaging social media posts with motion design elements.

• Support the retail marketing team by preparing POSM materials and adapting retail campaign visuals.

• Collaborate with the sales team to produce presentations, flyers, and other graphic assets.

• Assist other departments with visual materials upon request.

• Design materials for offline events, including printed collateral and signage.

• Adapt print designs to meet local production requirements.

• Maintain and organize an archive of all developed visual content.

• Ensure quality control of all visuals prior to publishing or printing.

• Take part in creative brainstorming sessions to help improve the company’s visual identity and communication.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic design and visual content development.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).

• Strong understanding of layout, typography, motion design, and visual storytelling.

• Experience in adapting global creatives for local markets.

• Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

• Knowledge of production processes for both digital and print formats.

• Creativity and willingness to participate in concept development.
