Assist in developing and executing category strategies
Own and drive market analysis to generate insights and identify growth opportunities
Craft and manage the marketing mix (Proposition, Product, Pack, Price, Place, Promotions) based on sales and market data
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovation projects and adapt local artworks
Support in achieving category profitability targets
Lead the creation and follow-up of communication and brand campaigns
Manage and adjust the marketing budget based on performance and business needs
Assist in leading the category team to ensure target delivery through regular team meetings
Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing, preferably within FMCG, with experience in brand marketing, campaign planning, and end-to-end product launches
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Experience in market analysis and marketing mix management
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously independently / leading cross-functions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluency in Russian and English is required, both oral and written. Knowledge of Kazakh is a plus
