Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets by attracting new clients (travel agencies, corporate, groups).

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.

• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.

• Use CRM systems and prepare sales reports.

• Collaborate with other departments and participate in events.

• Train clients on company products and services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales.

• Minimum 2 years sales experience, preferably in aviation or travel.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM and GDS is a plus.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated and results-driven.

Conditions:

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Office located in the city center (Aibek, 38)
