We are currently strengthening our team and looking for a HR Data Analyst / HR ML Engineer who will build HR analytics pipelines and ML models to turn data into insights and support key people decisions. What You Will Work On:
HR Data Analytics
- Setting up complete and reliable data enrichment & lineage: formulating data collection requests, configuring pipelines, and ensuring data quality.
- Building HR data processing pipelines for metric calculation and dashboard visualization.
- Preparing internal and external analytical reports and presentations for various stakeholders (HR, Management, Board Members, Finance, etc.).
- Developing, describing, and implementing new HR metrics, integrating them into the company’s cohort analysis ecosystem.
Data Science
- Conducting research and experiments in the HR domain (hypothesis testing, A/B testing).
ML Engineering
- Setting up data streams from various HR services and integrating them into a unified HR data ecosystem; consolidating data into a single dataset for AI & ML tasks.
- Designing and deploying AI/ML models for:
- predicting employee churn,
- assessing burnout risk,
- retaining key employees,
- candidate evaluation and selection,
- identifying high-potential employees.
- Ensuring reliability and accuracy of ML models, including regular updates and monitoring.
What We Expect:
- Proven experience with Python (pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy).
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of database principles.
- Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and working with data from multiple services.
- Solid knowledge of statistics and hypothesis testing methods.
- Data visualization skills (Looker, Power BI, or similar tools).
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Would Be a Plus:
- Experience in the HR domain.
- Skills in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- MLOps skills (Airflow, Docker).
- Experience implementing user retention models.
