Senior Financial Specialist

Notes: This role can work from home before the head office set up.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage local financial accounting (in accordance with IFRS) and prepare financial/consolidated statements.

2. Review invoices, contracts, and financial documents.

3. Build and optimize financial processes and systems.

4. Handle tax declarations and audit of store opening expenses.

5. Coordinate annual audits and provide financial data analysis.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Intermediate Accountant Certificate (ACCA/CPA preferred).

2. Proficient in local language (Kazakh/Russian), fluent in English (Chinese is a plus).

3. Familiar with local laws and IFRS; experienced in tax handling and audit.

4. 6+ years of finance experience (3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience in chain enterprises; Big Four experience preferred).

5. Stress-resistant, with leadership awareness; able to work locally.
