Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage daily branch operations
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Streamline workflows to improve overall productivity
- Ensure operational excellence and team performance

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in operations management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Fluency in English, Russian, and Kyrgyz (reading and writing required)
