Required skills:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP EHS, with focus on Workplace Safety and Environment Management;

• Proven track record in implementation, configuration, and support of SAP EHS modules;

• Strong understanding of health & safety processes, risk assessment, incident management, and environmental compliance;

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration with related modules (PM, MM, HR, etc.);

• Ability to gather business requirements, design solutions, and drive workshops with stakeholders;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional and international teams;

• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Product Compliance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in end-to-end SAP EHS project implementations, focusing on Workplace Safety and Environment Management;

• Configure and customize SAP EHS solutions according to business requirements;

• Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications;

• Perform system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing;

• Deliver end-user and key-user training, prepare documentation and guidelines;

• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement of EHS processes;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with related SAP modules;

• Act as a trusted advisor for clients, ensuring best practices and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
