About Us:
Global DTC Kazakhsan Ltd., a Member of the PSA Group, is the developer and operator of DTC (Digital Trade Corridor) platform designed to digitise document and process flows for multi-modal logistics along international transport corridors between Asia and Europe.
Head-quartered in Singapore, Global DTC has resources in Singapore, Central Asia and the Caucasus. It drives improvements in Asia-Europe transit trade flow between China and Europe across countries including Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Turkiye.
We are seeking a Junior Logistics Specialist to support our team in daily operations, client interactions, and product development of the DTC Platform. The role combines logistics knowledge with digital tools, business analysis, and client support. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within an international IT-logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team & Project Support
- Assist in preparing presentations, diagrams, and schemas (PowerPoint, Visio, Miro, etc.) for internal and client meetings.
- Support business analysis tasks: process mapping, feature documentation, preparing product requirement outlines.
- Conduct market and industry research to support decision-making and strategy.
2. Client Support
- Assist in managing communication with clients, responding to inquiries, and documenting feedback.
- Support the onboarding of new clients onto the DTC Platform.
- Monitor client tickets and escalate issues to the development team when needed.
3. Product & Feature Analysis
- Collect and analyze client requirements for new platform features.
- Test and validate new functionalities of the DTC Platform from a logistics perspective.
- Provide feedback to the product team on user experience and operational relevance.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (students in final year also considered).
- Initial experience (internships or entry-level role) in logistics, supply chain, or digital projects preferred.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools (Miro, Figma, Trello, Jira).
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of logistics operations (rail, multimodal, customs) is an advantage.
- Interest in IT solutions, digital platforms, and innovation in logistics.
