IT OSS Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in multinational companies
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure
• Familiarity with ITIL principles
• English intermediate and higher
• Knowledge of Service Now, Active Directory, AAD, Workspace One VMWare, Windows 11, AV systems basics will be an advantage.

Responsibility:

• Execute critical HSSE activities and manage operational risks.
• Support IT infrastructure and operations management.
• Assist 200 English-speaking end users (50 onsite, 150 remote).
• Ensure services meet SLA standards.
• Escalate serious infrastructure incidents.
• Act as a focal point for IT infrastructure changes.
• Manage local data center access and security.
• Handle local backups (tape library).
• Support of AV environment ( setup MS teams meeting, solve problems with AV equipment ( Sure, Crestron, Logitech)
• Collaborate with global IT support teams.
