We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing accounting firm. This is a hybrid role requiring both in-office presence and remote work. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to set up a sales operation from scratch.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to drive business growth.
Generate and qualify leads, build strong client relationships, and close new business.
Set up and manage an intake process for prospective clients.
Create and refine scripts, pitches, and sales materials for use by the team.
Establish KPIs and reporting methods to track performance.
Provide training and guidance to future sales reps as the team expands.
Collaborate with management to align sales strategy with company goals.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales or sales management (B2B or professional services preferred).
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to manage processes and people.
Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
Familiarity with accounting, tax, or financial services industry (preferred, but not required).
Terms of Employment
Hybrid role: Half remote, half office-based (non-negotiable).
Work schedule: 5 days per week, 2 days off.
Compensation: Monthly salary $300-$500, plus KPI Compensation.
Payment: Once per month.
Other standard employment terms applicable for this role.
