Data Integration

Main Requirements:

• Extensive experience with SAP PI/PO (Process Integration / Process Orchestration), including designing, developing, and supporting integration scenarios.
• Proficiency in SAP PI/PO configuration to enable seamless data exchange between internal SAP systems and external partners (including EDI flows).
• Expertise in mapping and troubleshooting complex PI/PO interfaces, ensuring that integrations are fully optimized and operate without disruptions.
• Solid understanding of SAP PI/PO architecture and tools, including adapters (IDoc, SOAP, HTTP), integration protocols (AS2, SFTP), and middleware functionalities.
• Collaborating with global SAP teams to ensure the smooth functioning and integration of SAP PI/PO with Ferrero's existing infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end integration projects using SAP PI/PO, including scoping, design, implementation, and post-go-live support.
• In-depth knowledge of interface monitoring and error handling in SAP PI/PO to ensure seamless business operations.
• Proficiency in optimizing performance of SAP PI/PO systems by tuning configuration settings and resolving bottlenecks.
• Experience working with third-party vendors and partners to integrate external systems with SAP PI/PO.
• Strong understanding of integration security protocols (SSL, certificates, etc.) and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
• CPI experience in designing, migrating, and troubleshooting cloud integrations across SAP and non-SAP systems, including API and security management, is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

• Support and development of EDI functionalities and solutions used at Ferrero.
• Implementing the OTC integration model (Distributor <-> Ferrero) with the involvement of an EDI provider (understanding OTC processes based on EDI).
• Communicating with the provider, setting tasks for changes, and testing changes.
• Analyzing incidents resulting in the absence of documents on the Ferrero or partner side. Identifying the segment where the error occurred, localizing the error, and fixing it if technically possible. If not possible, creating a request to the EDI provider's support service or Ferrero's global support service, followed by monitoring the execution or agreeing on alternative solutions with the user.
• Consulting Ferrero employees on EDI functionalities.
• Participating in new EDI partner connections (distributors and networks).
• Leading the process at Ferrero from the IT side (gathering requirements, coordinating with all involved parties (within Ferrero, EDI provider, and other partners), formalizing requirements for implementation by the EDI provider, etc.).
• Configuring / support in configuration Ferrero's ERP system (SAP) to organize new EDI flows or to support/adapt existing ones.
• Leading Ferrero's integration projects with partners (warehouses, etc.) with or without the involvement of an EDI provider (understanding the principles of AS2 channel operation).
