Trucking company Update Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Provide timely updates to brokers and clients about load status (check calls, ETAs, delays, arrivals, etc.)

• Communicate with drivers via phone/text to collect and confirm updates

• Enter accurate data into the system

• Monitor ongoing loads and proactively resolve potential issues

• Maintain professional communication with partners and internal teams

• Respond promptly to emails, calls, and other inquiries related to active loads

Requirements:

• Previous experience in dispatching, tracking, or logistics

• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent attention to detail and time management

• Must have skills of booking loads
