We are BLD Soft, a product-driven IT company that has been developing a platform for IPTV/OTT services since 2015. Our in-house solutions - streaming, CDN, and middleware - ensure stable system performance for millions of users.
We are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our team in-office. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support and deliver technical projects and coordinate strategic initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project progress
- Collaborate with internal teams including Dev, QA, BA and UI/UX Designers
- Track project milestones and report updates to stakeholders
- Help manage timelines, risks, and deliverables
- Contribute to process improvements and related documentation
Requirements:
- English level B2–C1 (both spoken and written)
- Completed project management or business-oriented courses
- Familiarity with Agile Methodology
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
- Attention to detail and eagerness to learn
- Hands-on experience with project management tools
- Technical background
