Responsibilities:

✅ Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
✅ Handle emails and correspondence professionally and efficiently
✅ Perform online research and prepare reports or summaries as needed
✅ Assist with real estate-related administrative tasks (e.g., document organization, property research, follow-ups)
✅ Coordinate personal tasks and errands (e.g., travel bookings, reminders, reservations)
✅ Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times
✅ Provide ad-hoc support to ensure daily operations run smoothly

Requirements:

✔ English C1

✔ Previous experience as a virtual assistant or customer support role at least 1 year
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
✔ Highly organized with strong attention to detail
✔ Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, and project management platforms
✔ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
✔ Reliable internet connection and home office setup
✔ Trustworthy, proactive, and professional

Position Details: Please note this is a flexible 10h per week position which can lead to increase of the hours. As well as possibility to have full time job in the future
