Your Qualifications for the Job:  Bachelor's or Master’s degree in early childhood education or related field AND/OR relevant experience working with children under the age of 6  Strong knowledge of early literacy and numeracy development and effective teaching strategies including and specially teaching reading through Phonics  Commitment to fostering a inclusive, equitable learning environment for all children  Excellent communication, organization, and classroom management skills  Fluency in English required  Knowledge of Kazakh language highly preferred
