Engineer, Mechanical Integrity - Lead

Material selection experience for piping/pipelines, valves, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, etc., based on process conditions

Understanding of primary corrosion and cracking damage mechanisms

Basic knowledge of welding processes and welding procedure qualification requirements

Participation as SME in equipment failure investigations and root cause analysis

Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering or related discipline (steel and alloys)

Minimum 5 years of work experience in the Oil & Gas Industry as a Materials Engineer or in a related role

Experience with low-temperature carbon steels, Mn and Cr-Mo steels, stainless steels, Duplex stainless steels, and Ni-based alloys

Has intermediate understanding of SCP Agile Project Delivery Model.

Able to apply OE Facility Design and Construction, Safe Operation, Reliability and Efficiency Elements when developing solutions for projects and processes

Strong knowledge of international standards: ASTM, ASME, API, EN/ISO, NACE MR0175/ISO 15156
