Role Purpose:
Full-cycle accounting support of the office, including document flow control, participation in forecasting and audit preparation, as well as administrative functions related to internal orders and business trips.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accounting and tax records in compliance with the legislation of Kazakhstan
Prepare financial and tax reporting
Manage payroll-related taxes
Work with suppliers and contracts
Handle business trip orders
Support document flow: processing, collection, filing, and storage of primary documentation
Calculate payroll (main part outsourced to agency), including vacation and sick leave payments
Assist in audits and participate in forecasting
Communicate with the head office (region – India)
Handle administrative matters (orders, office paperwork)
Coordinate with external providers on payroll and HR administration
Collaborate closely with the assistant responsible for primary documentation
Candidate Requirements:
Higher education in Economics or Finance
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
Proficiency in 1C and Excel
English level: Intermediate (both written and spoken) for communication with the global team
Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
