• Proven experience producing Reels, TikToks, and short-form videos.

• Strong knowledge of AI-video tools and techniques, and ability to weave AI creativity into content.

• Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.

• Ability to conceptualize and execute video creatives that are impactful, engaging, and brand-consistent.

• Skills in social media management: knowing what content works, how to post, and how to optimize engagement.

• Strong editing skills with fast turnaround capabilities.

• Growth mindset, creativity, and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

• Create scroll-stopping Reels and short-form videos that capture attention in the first seconds.

• Use AI tools for video enhancement and creative storytelling.
