Our main verticals: mobile, e-commerce, travel, education, fintech, online services.

Currently we're looking for Publisher Development Manager (middle or senior) US and EU countries.

As a Publisher Manager, you will:

• Qualify, Reach out to and acquire new premium Publishers & Merchants
• Build a pipeline of the largest premium content publishers in Poland and manage the entire sales pipeline from lead stage to closed and active
• Onboard new publishers
• Negotiate and close new contracts with content publishers in the market
• Closely monitor and evaluate campaign performance while working closely with analytics team on campaign strategy and optimisations
• Successfully evangelise how Publishers can benefit from a partnership with us
• Attend conferences and industry events to represent our company to current and prospective clients
• Achieve revenue KPI's.

Requirements:

• New business acquisition experience with a proven track record
• Demonstrated success in negotiating, relationship building, and account management
• Solid understanding of the advertising, affiliate, paid search, online publishing or media industry
• Understanding of CPC and CPA cost models and KPIs associated with Publisher ecosystem (revenue per session, conversion, cost of sale, etc.)
• English B2 or higher, other languages as a plus
• Drive to help publishers find growth opportunities
• Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
• Self-motivated, driven, flexible and adaptable with a proven track record of exceeding goals
• Microsoft Office / Excel / PowerPoint
