We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Presales Engineer to work closely with our Sales team on strategic deals with top and key clients. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong client-facing skills, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions and driving sales engagements for high-value accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in the sales process for top/key clients, partnering with the Sales team to cover all technical aspects of client needs.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to high-value prospects and customers.
- Conduct in-depth qualification of opportunities to ensure alignment with client goals.
- Prepare and present custom technical solutions for web performance, cloud security, and related challenges (CDN, WAF, DDoS mitigation, etc.).
- Collaborate with clients to design and validate architectures that meet business and technical requirements.
- Support on-site and remote technical engagements, including presentations, demos, and workshops.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in a presales engineer role within the IT sector.
- Proven expertise in web security and performance (CDN, WAF, DDoS).
- Experience with platforms such as Cloudflare, Akamai, CDNetworks is an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of cloud technologies (GCP, IBM Cloud, Oracle Cloud, etc.).
- Exceptional English and Russian communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with a focus on soft skills to build trust and influence with the key decision-makers.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and events.
- Mobility across Europe; EU (or equivalent) passport is a strong advantage.
