The customer is an international IT company specializing in software development, mobile applications, and web development for various industries. The company offers a wide range of services, including custom software development, IT consulting, project management, DevOps, support, and maintenance.

- Strategic and operational management of outbound funnels (email campaigns, outreach, social media).
- Traffic generation and retention via content, SEO, webinars, paid channels, and partner activities.
- Leading and coordinating lead generation teams and agencies.
- Planning and launching new marketing campaigns and channels.
- Analyzing performance data, running A/B tests, preparing reports.
- Contributing to high-level marketing strategy and planning.

- Experience in marketing for 6+ years with at least 3 years in B2B marketing (preferably in IT/Tech/SaaS).
- Hands-on experience in: Outbound Marketing (outreach, cold emails, LinkedIn, cold campaigns), Inbound Marketing (content funnels, SEO, web analytics, social media marketing, webinars, media).
- Proven experience in building marketing strategies and lead generation processes (from channel to sales handoff).
- Proficiency with tools such as: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Reply.io, Instantly, HubSpot/Salesforce, GA4.
- Experience managing teams or contractors in inbound/outbound directions.
- Operational management skills and crisis management mindset.
- Deep understanding of marketing funnels, hypothesis testing, A/B testing.
- Level of English – Intermediate or above.

- Experience working in US, Europe (especially DACH, UK), and MENA markets.
- Proven ability to scale inbound channels and drive organic traffic.
- Experience leading content, creative, and lead generation teams.
- CRM management skills and end-to-end marketing analytics experience.
- Experience launching product and brand marketing campaigns in B2B.
